Windows 7: Folder lock,I:/ is not accessible,access is denied.

Folder lock,I:/ is not accessible,access is denied.

So, I m posting this because My internal HDD is messed up by using folder lock bye new softwares.net,I locked my hard drive because my laptop was being taken away from me to my sister So i downloaded Folder lock 7 and locked the drive and a folder(downloads).After 2 months when i got it back I tried opening them back,Downloads folder was succesfully unlocked but the driver was unaccessible,I don't know why,I tried restart but I couln't do anything other than searching google but no luck So i registered here looking for some help,Hope you reply soon

1) Make sure to log in as AN Administrator
2) Click the "My Computer" icon.
3) RIGHT-click on the Drive icon or Folder and select "Properties"
4) Click on the "Security" tab
5) verify your user name is listed or else add your username by clicking "Add"
6) set the permissions " enable all" and click "OK"

I m the only admin besides nobody in family can change the admin tools,i know its the damn folder lock

Can you browse the files using command prompt?

Are you able to read the drives seucirty permissions?
Right click on drive->Properties->Permissions

Okay, so if it isn't permissions blocking you, then it must be a program on the drive. When you try and browse the drive using command prompt what happens?
