| | Device manager issue - strange strings under device/details tab Hi, I looked at the device manager today and noticed something strange as shown on the screenshot below. For certain devices there are strings of numbers in their properties, I noticed it for my wireless card, but also for IDE controllers, LAN card and others. Reinstalling didn't change anything at least for the wireless card. Could you tell me if it's normal or is it corrupted windows registry/something else? Yesterday I ran avira registry cleaner to get rid of its remnants and I'm afraid it might have corrupted the registry. I haven't paid attention to this before, so maybe it's normal, but I'd like to hear your opinion. Thanks in advance. |
