Laptop Freezes, Event Viewer Errors

Hello,
My laptop has been freezing quite recently. And I took a look into Event Viewer and found many wierd errors that have been recurring quite often.

Specs: MSI GX660 Laptop
Intel Core i7-740QM
ATI Mobility Radeon HD5870
12GB Ram
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
