Wireless LAN card has gaming support?

I was browsing my device control, in network adapters, I found something interesting.
In Network adapters, Wireless LAN Card, Properties, Advanced, it has a couple of options.
This is how it looks like:

Properties:
Adhoc support 802.11n Enabled(has something to do with computer-computer network, right?
CountryRegion (2.4Ghz) #0 (1-11)
Multimedia/Gaming Enviroment Disabled (I enabled it)
Radio Enabled (obviously, lets me receive radio)
What do all these things mean and more importantly: how does the Gaming Enviroment affect my computer?
