Curious about RAM pricing...

Hello, I was researching RAM for a build I am planning to buy this Black Friday (Can't wait ) and I noticed that I found some really cheap RAM and I don't know if this is a unreliable pos, or if this is a genuinely good find.

I know that lower CAS latency, higher frequency, and if you want your computer to run cooler, a lower voltage will make for nice ram.

This is the RAM I came across:

For the most part (85%) of the reviews are 5 eggs, and it is $10 off with a promo code. Is there any reason I shouldn't buy these?

Also, I am going to be getting the Sabertooth Z77 motherboard and an i7 3770 and I was curious if anyone could tell me if this RAM is compatible with my planned setup.

Well depends on what you are going to use for the new build but the other RAM looks ok for what you have now.

Oh meant to mention if you idn't now turn of the defrag you don't need it with the SSD. Plus take a look at this if you already haven't - more speed.

It's on the list of RAM that Crucial claims is compatible with the Sabertooth Z77.

If you've searched at Newegg, you've found a whole lot of DDR3 1600 RAM at roughly the same price as this. It's not particularly cheap RAM; DDR3 is cheap at the moment.

It's not on Asus' QVL (qualified vendors list), but it would almost be a surprise if it was: the QVL tends to be out of date, and Asus never tests more than a fraction of the RAM on the market.

I think that you should have no hesitation about using it.
