Best HDD SSD Configuration (2x 120GB SSD 1x 300GB HDD 2x 2TB HDD)

I am trying to figure out the best configuration for all my disk drives. I have two 120GB OCZ Agility 3's (I know they aren't good SSD's but I got them half off) Originally, my OS (Windows 7 Professional) and all the programs and games were going to go across these two drives (One dedicated to games) They quickly filled up however so I added in an old 300GB Maxtor drive I had lying around to store games (Which is about 150GB of data) For all other data, I have two 2TB Western Digital Green drives, used to store files and data. I also have a small RAM Drive, (4GB) though I'm not sure what to put on it, or what would work best with it. I also plan to expand the size of the RAM drive as I get more RAM (Motherboard supports 96GB maximum, once I max it out, I would say the RAM drive would be no bigger then half that size normally)

So the question is, how do I set these drives up for the best performance?
