| MS Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit SP1 37 posts | Gateway NV55C Notebook keyboard stopped working.? Further details Serial Number LXWSX0201403316C251601 Brand= Gateway Model = NV55C SNID = 03309322116 I have above mentioned laptop. I installed Google Picasa from internet today but after that keyboard has stopped working. I uninstalled the picasa but problem is still there. I connected and external USB keyboard which is working fine. Please help to fix this problem. thanks |
