PC will not start, no post, no error beep codes.

As of this morning my computer will not start. I've had the components besides the case for a year and a half, and there haven't been any major issues with this build before. Its a pretty standard rig, heres the info:
    ASrock 870 extreme 3 mobo
    4GB Kingston RAM
    AMD Phenom x4 Processor
ASUS graphics card (I got it used from a friend so I can't remember which model it is)
    1TB Seagate HDD

However, today when I went to start it it would not even run post and there were no error beeps on startup to indicate any issues, however all of the fans spin up properly.

I tested to see if the ram or graphics card were the problem, but even with each of them removed there were still no error beeps or post, which leads me to believe that it is the mobo which is causing the issue. I'm not sure though, since I've never had a problem remotely like this before.

I would greatly appreciate any additional information or input anyone has pertaining to the situation. Thank you for your help.

I suggest completely disassembling the build, removing everything except the PS, motherboard, and CPU/Heatsink.
If you do not get an error beep code with just those components then you know it is one of those 3.

Also, before or after that test, perform a ClearCMOS procedure, just to be sure there is not a lock-up in the BIOS.
