    Bad_pool_header (19)

Ntfs.sys seems to be the culprit here, I'll be installing Windows 7 Ultimate Signature Edition very soon for the Windows 7 Launch Party as I'm a host. So should I do a long format of my 320G drive; that seems to have a bad format from the original install, this BSOD only happens randomly, but most often when defragmenting.

    BAD_POOL_HEADER (19)
The pool is already corrupt at the time of the current request.
This may or may not be due to the caller.
The internal pool links must be walked to figure out a possible cause of

Well all a long format is going to do for you is check for bad sectors. If your system is crashing with a NTFS error then maybe its possible that system files are corrupted, but I doubt it.

You don't necessarily need to reformat to check for bad sectors. Use the chkdsk utility.
