The motherboard I have now is a Asrock Z77 Extreme 4, not the one I had in the picture I posted, that's my old P67 Evo.
The Asrock seems very good so far, boot times are awesome and it's been very easy to overclock with it. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Paulpicks Special Edition OS Windows 7 Professional 64 bit CPU i7 3770K @ 4.6ghz Motherboard Asus Z77 Sabertooth Memory 16GB G.Skill Trident X DDR3 2400Mhz 10-12-12-30 1t Graphics Card Sapphire Vapor-X HD7970 GHZ Edition Sound Card Xear 3d C Media PCI Monitor(s) Displays 27" Hanns-G HL272 LED Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Cyborg V5 Mouse Coolermaster Storm Inferno PSU Antec Truepower New 750 Case Antec 1100 Cooling Antec Kuhler 920 Hard Drives OCZ Vertex 4 128gb (OS), Crucial M4 64gb (Origin), Corsair F60 (Steam). I posted in another thread with 3 options the 660superclocked, 660ti and the Radeon HD 7870 for some help on choosing one. I'm generally leaning towards the 660ti but my friends have been telling me the Radeon cards are the better bang for the buck lol | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Build OS Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570k @3.40GHz Motherboard Asus p8z77-v Memory Corsair Vengeance Blue 8 GB PC3-12800 1600mHz DDR3 Graphics Card EVGA - GeForce GTX 660 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Screen Resolution 1024*768 Keyboard Logitech HID-Compliant Keyboard Mouse Logitech HID-compliant MX320 Laser Mouse PSU Corsair Enthusiast Series TX650M Case NZXT Phantom 410 Hard Drives Crucial m4 128GB SSD (OS)

The AMD cards are real good value, I don't know how prices are where you live, but in the UK right now the 7950 is around the same price as the 660ti, they are both very close in terms of performance, it varies from test to test. The 7870 is around £50 cheaper right now in the UK than the 660ti and is a real good card for the money.
My card was a bit more expensive than the rest because I went for the 3GB version, it does its job but I am sure the AMD cards will do the job too. I have no preference, I have chopped and changed from AMD/ATI to Nvidia a few times. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Paulpicks Special Edition OS Windows 7 Professional 64 bit CPU i7 3770K @ 4.6ghz Motherboard Asus Z77 Sabertooth Memory 16GB G.Skill Trident X DDR3 2400Mhz 10-12-12-30 1t Graphics Card Sapphire Vapor-X HD7970 GHZ Edition Sound Card Xear 3d C Media PCI Monitor(s) Displays 27" Hanns-G HL272 LED Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Cyborg V5 Mouse Coolermaster Storm Inferno PSU Antec Truepower New 750 Case Antec 1100 Cooling Antec Kuhler 920 Hard Drives OCZ Vertex 4 128gb (OS), Crucial M4 64gb (Origin), Corsair F60 (Steam). I'm ordering all my parts from amazon. Honestly I'll be buying the card next month, getting the cpu and mobo for now. Just finished school and working at my first job so not all that wealthy as yet lol. Maybe the prices might change a bit around Christmas time. But as for now I want the 660ti not a big fan of the AMD cards.

I run all the games on maximum settings except BF3 where I lower 1 setting as it hammers the GPU and I don't really notice the difference with it on.
It's a pretty impressive card, I just wish I had more time to use it, I have not played a game for over a week, I need to get my games reinstalled and crack on with it!
In case you don't know I only got the 3770K and new motherboard on Friday so I have only just finished setting it all up as I want it. I had a 2600k before. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Paulpicks Special Edition OS Windows 7 Professional 64 bit CPU i7 3770K @ 4.6ghz Motherboard Asus Z77 Sabertooth Memory 16GB G.Skill Trident X DDR3 2400Mhz 10-12-12-30 1t Graphics Card Sapphire Vapor-X HD7970 GHZ Edition Sound Card Xear 3d C Media PCI Monitor(s) Displays 27" Hanns-G HL272 LED Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Cyborg V5 Mouse Coolermaster Storm Inferno PSU Antec Truepower New 750 Case Antec 1100 Cooling Antec Kuhler 920 Hard Drives OCZ Vertex 4 128gb (OS), Crucial M4 64gb (Origin), Corsair F60 (Steam).
