How do I know the exact RAM module for upgrade.

    one last question. when I add one more DDR3 2gb PC-3 107600 1.5v ram. would it shows me 1333mhz.? or it still shows 667mhz.?
    reply that, then it would mark as solved.:)

    The BIOS will show it as 1333. Windows will show it as 1333. CPU-Z will still show 667. It is just semantics.

    hmm cpu z shows bcoz its results in spd slots..

    Yes, sort of.
    CPU-Z is just reading and reporting the values in the JEDEC table. And those pertain to the chip standards, not the advertised ratings or the performance of the entire module.
