I have a Biostar G31M+ motherboard []G31M+ :: Motherboard :: BIOSTAR.
And my previous ram got burnt. Now I am forced to buy a new one. So, here is the question.
Which ram should I buy? DDR2-667/PC2-5300 or DDR2-800/PC-6400 ?
What is the difference in performance and will my motherboard support it? These are 2GB modules and so I'm planning to put in total 4GB ram. Will my motherboard work fine with all this?
Also note that, both the above mentioned RAMs cost the same. So, it doesnt matter which one, financially.
