How do i merge hard disks and then split them to bigger size?

I want to merge C: (windows and all other stuff) with empty D: so I could make C(200gb) and the rest D: disk.

I watched some tutorials here and I tried them but it just got unallocated so I can not expand C: an then shrink it to get new D: disk.

P.S. I do not now how to make an backup disk, so if I need to make it write how that one too.

    Thank you in advance.

Easy answer -- you can't. Why? Because there is a partition in the middle.

It can be done but not with windows partitioning software, something like partition wizard would be better but it will be a pain as you have the partition in the middle, that partition could be removed but holds all boot information for your OS so simply deleting it will leave system unbootable

IMHO is it worth it its only 5GB and with all the free space you have on your C drive will it really make much difference??

That little partition on the left is interesting, have you clean reinstalled windows since you had it or are you running factory install

Well it would be better if i had that 5gb, but its ok by me. Now i just split C: with shrink? I want to have C: for OS and D: or now some new disk for games,movies,pictures,music...
