I don't know of or heard of any software that will do that. If you are thinking of tinkering with the psu, I would not recommend it. There was a post on here where some one did just that and ended up killing themselves. Tampering with a PSU is bad juju....

NEVER THINK OF DOING SOME MODIFICATIONS N THE PSU!! YOU'RE TOO YOUNG TO DIE!!!

As fore the psu monitoring: no software can read the power consumption, especially not of every component. Hard drives and most add on cards have no accurate way of measuring or even guestimating their own power consumption since it is usually insignificant.

This program doesn't monitor on the fly but it will analyze your system and tell you how much power your current hardware uses and it will also give you advice with a wide range of upgrade options:

both of these will show 'current' CPU usage
two simple choices come to mind---there is a yahoo widget called CPUMark--you just need to install the yahoo widget engine and the actual widget (runs at startup, uses very little resources, is fully customizeable--size, color, position, etc--the hard part is finding the yahoo widget engine

Yahoo! Widgets you'll need to search the net to find the actual software

the other is a program (free) that you can use to replace the task manager (or not) that can run minimized in the sys tray--mousing over it will show CPU usage (and more) get it here:
