    Xbox wireless receiver

    hi all,

today i purchased an xbox official wireless receiver and for some reason it's not working with my controller..

I've installed all the right drivers, i've followed the steps others have posted on here about going into device manager, but as soon as i try to connect the two devices they still don't pair.

I've followed almost everything apparent solution going

I Just checked and i am getting this error code 10

    any advice?

    Many thanks

Does the USB error still occur in Device Manager if you unplug this controller?

    Have you tried this suggestion?

No need to bump mate - that's a sure way to get your thread ignored. I'm sure someone will offer some suggestions if they have them.

In the meantime why don't you list in detail all the solutions you have tried so that we don't post the same suggestions?

    Hi Josh.
Did you install these drivers first or have you just used device manager? Software Downloads | Microsoft Hardware
