| | Hp printer B210a unable to scan I am trying to scan using the B210a all in one and it works using the USB cable but not using the network connection. I have activated it but it keeps saying scanner component is broken and cannot copy or scan. It can definately still copy. Any suggestions would be welcome.  |

| | Check out this thread on HP support: HP Photosmart Plus eAll-In-One B210a - scan issue - HP Support Forum - 449051 The solution is mentioned on page 2. It seems to be a configuration issue (for some people) with WIA service. |
