Windows 7: USB flash drive not showing up when plugged in

Hello everyone

Seems I keep having to come back here lol, but this time, I have a device issue. I have an HP v125w 8GB flash drive that just recently (an hour ago) stopped wanting to show up on my pc. I've done the whole uninstall drivers for it and everything under the USB controllers, letting windows reinstall them with no luck. It shows the code 52, saying windows can't verify the signature for the drivers, so i'm stuck as to what to try next. It DOES work on my xbox 360 by the way, so I know it shouldn't be the hardware itself.



Also to note, I didn't have a problem with it, until I updated windows, which was a day or two ago.

Thanks for the link IC, but the problem seems to have resolved itself now that im back on. There were more windows updates that needed to be installed (which I was having issues with in itself) but now that those are installed, its seems to be working again. I will bookmark that page just in case though. Thank you

Good to hear Cgamon just to make it little more pleasurable try this if you want to speed the machine up a bit, and don't mind losing a bit of the "bling"
