Aaxatech 2 projector recognized as storage device only

I have an Aaxatech P2, one of these:

AAXA P2 Pico Projector - LCoS Based Hand-held Pocket Projector - LED Micro Projector

When I connect it to thru the VGA cable, it works fine, but then when I plug it via USB, all it does is recognize it as a mass storage device. Does anyone know if I can get video through the USB on this thing? thanks.

Well, apparently the USB port is designed for file transfers only.

lol... no, I meant on the P2 projector. I'm sure there are MANY other uses for USB ports on a computer.
