How can I make sure that my core is not hot?

I just downloaded speedfan and I noticed that my CPU is really hot.

I don't know much about it, but is my pc in danger with this heat? my room is 21 C
    and outside is -1 to -5 C

Is there anything I can do?? I am very inexperienced with this

Hello luxis and welcome to Seven Forums.

I'm guessing that these readings are for a desktop computer and not a laptop since speedfan is showing a reading for a GPU fan. That 81C reading for Temp3 is definitely on the high side, expecially if your computer isn't doing anything when the reading was taken. The two most likely reasons for heat build up are dust and insufficient space around the tower (walls, carpeting, etc blocking air flow.)

These articles outline some preventive measures and maintenance tips to improve cooling for desktop PCs.
