webcam disappear ?

Hi folks
need a little help here. The problem i am facing when i connect my webcam it do appear in the area which i have uploaded in pic My Computer, but for quite long i am unable to see the webcam here in this specific area, as i go in control panel it shows that webcam is connected and working properly but here i am unable to see it at all for the last couple of days and before that it do appear here when ever i connect it to the computer.Every other device i connect like flash drive or mp3 player they appear here with out any hussle but not webcam, So how can i fix this issue ? Thanks to all wait for your reply

The computer view you show in your screenshot will never show webcams, so there is nothing to fix. It only shows storage locations, different disk drives like hard disks, CD/DVD drives, USB Flash drives and mapped network drives.

It will not show webcam, nor is it meant to do that.

ok thanks, but if the webcam have a builtin memory then it will show here ? and also tell me the area i mention dose it shows other devices as catogerory in it ?

Yes, every device with storage space is shown in Computer view.

I think you are talking about Devices and Printers view. Please see this tutorial to see how to add Devices and Printers to your My Computer view: Devices and Printers - Add to My Computer.

alright and when it shows the storage space device dose it got other category ?i belive i am missing a category system folder here not the one you mention, but it do ease to check the deivces and its showing me the webcam as i told you before, but i dont remember which system folder i am missing here because of it webcam is not showing here
