Access Denied To My External Hard Drive Why ???

So it denies access to my external hard drive if you dont understand image is available with this link ( c6893eac99d66bab1f347168afd05335.png ) Need Help ASAP

Q: drive isn't your external drive - its the default drive assignment for the pre-installed Microsoft Office installation.

Post a screen capture image of your Disk Management screen here - attach it directly using the paperclip icon (see image below), not a 3rd party site please.

Please post a screencapture image of your Disk Management screen:

1. Click
2. Right-click My Computer
3. Click Manage
4. Click Disk Management under the Storage section.

Ok so i have figured out that it was inserted into the wrong usb port now i have changed it and its recognised the drive and im able to open it in a normal way ima ge will be atteched

Yeh ik as i said i had it pluged in into the wrong port now its showing up properly
