    Welcome to the Seven Forums

It cannot be done with 32-bit Windows 7 it can only access the maximum of 4 gigs of RAM, you would need to reinstall using a 64-bit Windows 7.

There is no patch, and enabling something like PAE will result in an unstable system due to drive incompatibilities. It's been the case since XP x64 was released, well, made available, that if you wanted to run more than 4 GB on a client system, you used the 64 bit platform.

Now, if you have a very specific need to run an x86 OS, maybe for backwards compatibility, then virtualize it.

8gb ram installed (3.5 gb usable) what are all the issues?

i have 8 gb ram installed.

but i am using win7 x86 ie 32bit for which i am getting only 3 gb of ram usable.
that means 4.5 gb of my ram is wasted.
so my question is will there be any issue if i waste 4.5 gb ram ..
(issue like ram faliure or ram will stop working after few years or ram will blow up in few months or anyother issue ????)

I wouldn't be happy using a computer with 8 GB of memory, knowing I was wasting more than half of it. If you bought 8 GB, you should have already made the mental note to use x64.

Games work fine. I haven't had any issues, and I've been using Windows 7 x64 and Windows Vista x64 before that for roughly 5-6 years now. I can't remember if I've had compatibility issues at all, and most definitely not anything recently. There's no reason to fear an x64 OS now. I don't have the new Need For Speed Most Wanted, but the old one worked fine, and I would be extremely surprised if the new one didn't work fine.

Apparently you haven't read this entire thread but if you insist on trying, replace the *** in the links above with Mediafire .com(remove the space) and try it, there is a filter on his website that does that.
