Windows 7: Can't get my Corsair SSD set up as a cache drive in Win 7 HP 64Bit

If you look at my PC details, I have an ASUS motherboard, and my PC was put together within the last 9 months. I had to piece meal it together, as I do not have funds to buy everything at once. When reading the poorly translated installation guide, it DOES clearly state that I did not have to buy my SSD drive to use it as a cache drive before I installed everything else, and the SSD drive was the last thing I purchased, after I had my system up and running for about a month, and had everything installed. Now for the life of me, following the directions that came with my MoBo, I can't figure out how the heck to get my SSD to operate as a cache drive. I have tried both the directions that came with the MoBo, and the directions in IRST. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? The last thing I want to do is completely reinstall everything, which would take days, and which I was told would not be a necessary step in installing a cache drive. Thanks for any help you can give me, it would be much appreciated!!
