HighPoint RocketRAID 2720SGL Strange Issue With RAID

I have a HighPoint RocketRAID 2720SGL card in my system. It has been working great since October with no issues at all. Today I was booting into windows and the GPU driver on my GTX 580 kept crashing. I then restarted and once I arrived at the Windows login screen the alarm went off as if the HDD were removed. I then restarted once more and checked the cards BIOS and shows the RAID as present and functional. Again booting into Windows same result.

I have Mac OS X also installed and looking at the Bootloader it shows the name of the raid "Programs" and I can try to boot to it and it comes back as there is no boot manager present as expected. Next I booted into Mac OS X and for 1 sec at the desktop the alarm does not go off and then 1 sec passes it does. Sometimes the RAID shows up under Diskmanagment in Mac as unmounted and if I right click to remount it the drive disapears.

So is the HDD bad/ going bad? I just want to make sure there is nothing else for me to do other then try to recreate the RAID to avoid re installing all my programs. Thank you in advance.
