    Need some helps

Hi, Today i spilt a huge amounts of water on my Pavilion dv6 laptop. I immediately dried off the water on the keyboard and shut down my laptop. I let it dried for couple of hours then I tried to start the machine, it is functioning and everything seem to be alright. Suddenly after a few minutes the DVD drive kept ejecting constantly. I really need some supports here THANK YOU.

It's possible the machine didn't dry out completely. As long as it was clean water without too many minerals in it, the problem may resolve itself if you let it dry out for a couple of days more before powering it up again.

Why is the laptop still powered on?

When Layback Bear said, "Open up your laptop", the laptop lid should be lifted open so the fan can blow directly on the keyboard and the motherboard beneath it.

Do not turn on your laptop. Remove the battery and make sure it isn't plugged into any thing.
