Hey just wondering if you could suggest some upgrades for me, I have about $100 curretly (AUD) and would like to make some upgrades.

Full system specs: here.
I'm also dual booting with Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

Right now RAM is dirt cheap... Load it up....

This following line means that there is no proper video driver installed.
NameStandard VGA Graphics Adapter
(This was at the very bottom of your specs.) A free upgrade would definitely be to install the driver for the card from NVidia's site. Then you could have the Aero interface like the rest of us instead of the light gray taskbar lol.
For the other type of memory heh, a nice WD Caviar Black 1TB can be had for a little under 100 USD.

I wish you could get a WD Caviar Black 1 TB for under $100 but he is talking about Australia. They are about $120-$160AUD

I don't need much storage, haven't used up 250gb in 2 years on the PC. I have over 500gb on laptop.

Yeah that's from the Windows 7 report before NitroNate helped me fix the issue.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, would it be better to have 8gb at 400mhz or have 4gb at 800mhz?
-
Definitely 4 GB @ 800 mHz unless you are doing really exotic type of stuff. If you installed 8 GB, I'm guessing your personal usage would never even get past 4 GB anyhow.
Simple answer: 800 mHz

This describes two different machines - it is not an applicable choice.

What do you mean?

Provide an example of a motherboard that provides the choice between 8GB RAM @ 400MHz and 4GB RAM @ 800MHz.

I was thinking more along the lines of the RAM I buy? Can't you buy them in different mhz? like 400, 667, 800, 1033?
