| | Monitor - hdmi possible? I have this monitor Acer X223W 22 Widescreen LCD Monitor - 1680x1050, 2500:1, 5ms, DVI, VGA, (Refurbished) at TigerDirect.com and am wondering if I can get an hdmi adapter and if it would improve the resolution. | | What are you currently using? I would use the DVI connector if possible. You will see no difference between HDMI and DVI at that resolution. |

| | If you are using a video card, plug it in there, if you are using the on-board video, plug it in the DVI port on the motherboard. This is a picture from Newegg of the Asus P8Z77-V motherboard, here is where you plug the DVI connector in.  |
