Windows 7: Any assistance with WMDC 6.1 and earlier

I am just enquiring as to whether anyone can assist a poor little person like me and assist me with an old HTC P5500 Dual Touch which is pretty old now.

I used WMDC and Synced some data as .csv and .vcf. I was told I could transfer all my contacts from the device onto my computer. I have then put three sets of data onto Outlook and Gmail as directed by just about everyone.

I am never advising people - just to google it.

That is why I am on here.

I have now lost all the data off my phone - SMS/MMS data and notes. I changed the SIM card three times.

Because you have to hook the device via a USB cable - it makes me mad.

Is there any way that I can get my data back.

It have 1351 friends currently and I am not that popular
