Need a card and can't find one

So I have a motherboard that does not have a 19 pin usb 3.0 connector on it. It has usb 3.0 ports though. It was one of the first models with usb 3.0 so it lacks the front panel pinouts.

Anyhow. I got a card reader with a usb 3.0 interface. Obviously I need a 19 pin connection. No problem really since a usb 3.0 card would give me one.

But I hit a snag. I want a usb 3.0 card that has both a 19 pin connection internal and another usb 3.0 port internal.

I want to take my current front usb 3.0 port using a pass-through and move that internal with a card while also connecting the new card reader to the 19 pin connection on the card.

Can this even be done? I was not able to find a card with both of those options. It had either an extra internal port OR the 19 pin but not both together.

Does anyone know if there are any cards like this out?

Not entirely sure what your after but maybe this would be it - Speed Dragon

It states, "Supports 4 External and 3 Internal USB ports". Can only tell from what I see in the picture but it looks like it has a 19pin internal header providing 2 ports and a single external type port mounted internally.

EDIT: Just noticed that it also says "OS's supported - Windows 8" but not any others and that's the only one I could find with a quick search.

Yeah man you got it. That was exactly what I was looking for a dual 19pin internal with an internal 3.0 port as well so I could plug in both the card reader which takes the 19pin and also move the pass through style front usb internal with the extra internal port.

It is surprisingly hard to find a card that has the kind of features I needed. I couldn't find one on newegg and that place usually has everything.
