Not really - then I rather do it with Command Prompt. With PW you have to first define an itty, bitty partition at the beginning of the drive. That is handy if you have to fix a misalignment in 20/20 hindsight.
Hum ok mate it was just a thought I too prefer your method for any drive as well.
