Afterwards the stick should boot when you tap the Toshiba F12 key at boot, select USB, Removable or HD's. Under one of those categories you should find the stick by name, highlight it and click to select it.
Hello i successfull installed the USB on my stick but i cannot bootup with F12... ( i cannot access the bios to enable USB boot. )
BTW i have compleetly intalled window 7 now so i can now access CMD and ofcourse save mode CMD with network and save mode with CMD.

So is there a possible way to manually set in CMD wich device to startup ( after that i can reset bios password and when i able to enter bios i can reset to default and set the boot on the HDD and enable boot on CD/DVD drive and USB )

If you cannot access the BIOS via F2 or whatever key is given on your first boot screen, or access the Toshiba boot menu tapping F12 key, then there is likely something wrong with the way you are trying to boot.

For flash stick make sure it is written correctly first using UltraISO Software To Create Bootable USB Flash Drive: From File menu Open browse to ISO, from Bootable Menu, select Write Image, make sure flash stick letter is correct in window, click Format then Write.

Stick should be shown in BIOS setup Boot Priority or F12 boot menu under USB, REmovable or HD - expand each choice until you see the stick's name.

Finally it worked out ^^ i just simply unplugged the HDD and put the USB in the port. After that killing the bios does the trick. Thanks for helping me all iam very happy now

Issues moving files on/from external harddisc using eSATA
