[Multi Touch - touch screens][Multi screen/eyefinity][3x2]

I would like to know peoples experiences on people using more then one screen (and in particular with multi touch)

A few questions too;

1. Is there support for multi touch in windows 7; am i looking to move to windows 8?
2. Can a single PC support more then one touch screen?
3. Is it possible to treat each screen on its own stack wise (aside from support from programs (like games) to stay on top of the visual stack) when navigating between monitors
4. Any recommendation on the topic such as "displayfusion" and experience

What i would like to have is 6 screens:

[touch][touch][touch]
[touch][norma][touch]

Id like to flick between programs and utilise screens with my hands on the exterior screens with the center lower screen to be my area of main attention (for gaming 120Hz etc) Some links on what i can use hardware wise would be great to?

Is there hardware requirments or experiences people could help out with?
