so in some games now, im getting some network lag. my dl speed is 18mb/s up is 1.10mb/s and lagticity is 26ms
how can i lower the lagticity, and also boost the performance of my wifi card in my laptop? i think my router is as fast as its going to get, but ill accept some advice on that too lol

You can test by using a LAN cable instead of Wi-Fi. That should give you some clue as to where the issue might be. But, the lag is probably on the upload side of your connection - outside of your home. Not much that you can do about that.
You can also download inSSIDer from here:
Download Wireless Troubleshooting Software | MetaGeek
Then check to see if there are other wireless access points using the same frequency as yours.

i tried with my moms computer, and she got 16ms lag on Ethernet. and around 24ish on wifi. so i guess that meas it must be the router... what can i do to decrease that as much as possible? i have a linksys G
i tried channel 4 and i get higher DL speed and higher Ping. i tried channel 1 and i get lower ping and lower DL speed.... WTF!?! lol

Well - as you have seen - ping times are not always a good predictor of network performance.
Did the inSSIDer tool show other wireless access points in your area? If so, maybe you can pick a channel that is away from them.
I personally do not see a big difference between ping times Wi-Fi vs. LAN cable, but my ping times are not too bad:
Maybe it is your router. One way to find out would be to try pinging Google from several other wireless access points. (Visit some free Wi-Fi spot or a friend's home or ...)
Edit: you can also ping the router and see how much of the ping time is within your network. Maybe do this from different rooms.

i pinged the router from where i game, and i got 1ms. i pinged google.com and got 13ms. when i try different channels, like 1 which has the less frequencies crossovers, i loose like 5mbs download speed... so im thinking its router and ISP. thoughts?
Other things can mess up Wi-Fi. Frequencies that will not show up in that free app. Stick with the channel that gives you the fastest download speeds.
What is that manufacturer and model number of your router? You mentioned Linksys. They are known for having several versions of hardware for the same model number. They use identifiers like rev 1.1. See what you can see on the bottom of the router.
