Drive C partition unallocated

PQSERVICE partition isn't working as well as far as I know. You get a bsod when trying to boot from it. Correct?
You have a win7 ultimate install dvd? And a valid product key? I think you have lost C. If you are clean reinstalling.... delete PQSERVICE partition first with partition wizard. What's on the 3GB partition? Maybe you can delete that as well. Extent DATA afterwards.

This is a case where some system specs, at least an Acer model number, would be very helpful.

In Post #4 I see that you have 2 Disks. This leads me to wonder if your particular laptop has a mini PCIe SSD installed.

This would be important because if it does then the mpSSD and the C: (OS) drive work together like a RAID array. And that could make a lot of difference in how you proceed.

Disk 2 is just 8GB and FAT32. Most likely a usb stick.

You are probably right though. I thought that might explain why the recovery methods were not working. But it is probably just a USB stick.

Testdisk is the tool (maybe the best) for finding/recovering partitions. Most of them can do a quick and full scan (called deep scan in test disk). Some tools can even find files in unallocated space!! You can search yourself on google or make a new thread.

• most likely testdisk didn't find it and updated the partion table, so i't's unallocated now. Or it was already... I don't know.
• Who did delete/corrupt the NTFS structures on partition.... I don't know. Testdisk and Partition Wizard didn't do it.

Try some hardware disk diagnostics tools (like seatools for seagate disks). To prove disk is still healthy
