Temp too high? AMD FX 8150 (no overclock)

I've just installed fx 8150 which replaced my athlon x4 365.

FX 8150 under load is 51 degrees C

FX stock cooler was very difficult to install and is very loud under load is this temp normal with air cooled system? I'm using Thermaltake case with 1 intake fan and 2 exhaust

    any help appreciated

It's fine. You don't need to start worrying until it gets up into the 60's.

If the noise is a concern something like this,

    Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU Cooler (Socket 775 / 1155 / 1156 / 1366 / AM2 / AM2+ / AM3 / FM1 / FM2) [RR-212E-16PK-R1]

will be next to silent when idle, and not too bad when the fan speeds up on load. It should also knock a few degrees off the load temp as well.
