    Usb Booting Issue

Got a computer that will not boot to Usb even though the bios has the "boot to usb hdd" selection in the boot up menu. Got another almost identical 2nd computer setup and have no issue booting to the same LaCie cloned to that computer. Just setup an HP Omni 27-1054 pc cloned to the Lacie and it boots fine. I use Casper 7 to make the bootable copies of the os drives on all of them. For some reason, it just won't work on the one computer. I can boot to the LaCie if I first boot it to a Casper startup disc that is meant to be used on computers that do not support booting to usb. Probably going to be something simple that I am overlooking but I have ran out of ideas.

In some BIOS configurations, you have to turn on USB booting. There may be more than one setting also--Boot to Removable Devices AND USB Boot. You may also need to specify the USB device order.

Thanks but the issue has apparently resolved itself. I have no idea how. This morning, I plugged in the LaCie, rebooted, hit f12, selected boot to "usb hdd" and it is working perfectly! Guess I will never know why it would not work yesterday! Not doing anything different than I did yesterday.
