No printers visible in Control Panel > Devices and Printers

I finally came up with a solution to this problem.

No printers were showing up under Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
All printers were visible using print command in any software. I just couldnt set a default printer, remove obsolete printers, etc.

I then found the "Print Management" utility and it solved all my problems.

How did it solve your problems? What did you do once you got there?

I was able to delete all the duplicate printers that were installed because users couldn't see that they had successfully installed them by viewing them thru the control panel
I created this thread because there were numerous others on this topic that suggested things like reinstalling Bluetooth, etc, that didn't solve the problem

I still haven't found any suggestions that worked that make my installed printers visible thru the control panel
We have a half dozen Panasonic tough books that are all configured the same way, and all have the same issue viewing installed printers. So it's not corrupt system files
