windows 7 x64

ok another update from jetway.this is more confusing. my poor brain cells are working overtime. if anyone can make sense of this email!
Dear sir :

We have two type 2G RAM module in hand ,
one for SAMSUNG 2G 2RX8 PC26400S component 2G RAM module .
this type RAM module 2GX2 total 4G can work fine in NC81 mainboard .

we have another ELPIDA E1108ACBG component 2G RAM module
(transecond brand) , this type RAM module 2GX2 total 4G can't work fine in this mainboard .

We doubt it is CPU issue , we still not good solution for this issue .
we already report this issue to AMD now .
If you custermer have this problem ,
we recommed change DDR2 RAM module timming to DDR2 667 from BIOS setup .
The total 4G memory can work fine in DDR2 667 timming .

Best regards
From JETWAY FAE support team

It looks like they are trying to tell you to underclock your ram or run the ram at a lower speed then what it can do.

Windows 7 Ult, Windows 8.1 Pro,

That is a fairly typical solution when installing more memory. Even a desktop board needs to have the memory voltage bumped up or the timings lowered or the memory speed adjusted to use a different divider in order to run stable with 8Gb memory.

Ok i did not explain myself properly.I understand that about memory underclocking , I tried that with my old memory modules before i got rid. What I dont is what jetway said
"We have two type 2G RAM module in hand ,
one for SAMSUNG 2G 2RX8 PC26400S component 2G RAM module .
this type RAM module 2GX2 total 4G can work fine in NC81 mainboard "

.As jetway claim they work in 4gb configeration I would like to get them .
I cannot find a 2 gb SAMSUNG 2G 2RX8 PC26400S component 2G RAM module in the UK. is the "2RX8" important?
i have found samsung memory but not with 2G 2RX8 , I belive it has that printed on the actual chip.
As you can imagine I am getting a collection of memory modules & due to postal strike in uk, I have 4gb module stuck in transit along with xfi elite .not a happy bunny.
is the 2RX8 important?
as in the past i had a intel gme 945 mini itx mobbo that was very selective on memory.
If any one can educate me on 2G 2RX8 memory & where to find them i would be greatful
