Your system specs are most important, it lets us know how much wattage you'll need to sufficiently power your rig and also the motherboard model will help us determine what size case you'll be needing as well. Once that is all posted, we can continue on to recommendations.
Your system specs, and a budget and we can go from there.
For starters: Corsair

Purely Research
I'm with AddRam on Corsair PSU's and for the case I just reckon the Coolermasters are the ducks innards my HAF XM is a thing of wonderment.
HAF XM(APAC only) - Cooler Master stacks of room easy to work in and around and in fact only a shade smaller then the HAF full tower:)
If he wants a quiet and silent computer I do not think that Antec 1200 is the best choice.
Cases are important yes, even more important if you look into overclocking
+1 chris I have the previous version of this as it was run out and for quietness it is almost silent but it depends on the budget of course.
Professional Series
I can't recommend the Corsair 300R case enough, especially for how cheap it is.
Good quality power supplies normally won't make any noise and if they do, it is usually less than other components. As for the case, he just said it didn't look good and might want a replacement. Maybe he can get back to us with his system specs so we can have a better idea of what he needs.
