Viewing an Ubuntu Hard Drive in Windows

Hello, I have been using Dual OS on my computer (Ubuntu x64, Windows 7 x64) and I can switch back and forth very easily, but is there a way to view my Ubuntu hard drive from Windows 7? I will provide specs if needed.

Sorry if this is not the correct section but this one seemed to fit best for my situation. Also please pardon me for my English, it is not my primary language.
