How to add pre-existing hdd data(XP) to new win7 os

Ok, so I am having so much trouble getting this to work I have searched forums and the internet for hours, no ones seems to have asked or answered my problem.

So I previously had Windows XP, and I just traded that for Windows7 64 bit.
-I installed the OS (raid0) with 2 70gb WD Raptor drives.
Which installed successfully.

-Then I plugged in my two samsung 1TB and 1.5TB drives into my pc with preexisting data on them from my old OS (Windows XP).

At first i wasnt able to view the two hdd's on Windows 7, I then updated the motherboard drivers (nvidia 680i) and now Nvidia Mediasheild is able to see them but is asking me to select configurations for these hdd that will erase the data on these drives repartitioning them.

Is there a way I can add these HDD's to Windows 7 without interrupting the data I had on them before? All the data on the two samsung drives are all my media content and is very sentimental to me. There has to be a way for Windows 7 to add these without reformatting them.

Please Help!
Thanks,
Sean.
