    why didn't this work FORMAT FS=NTFS LABEL="Windows" QUICK
    , I don't understand.

    Yes, I guess have to be patient lol. 15 percent , this works fine

    Format - It wipes your drive
    FS=NTFS - Makes the file system (FS) to NTFS Instead of FAT32

    Everything should install fine after this part right? do I continue with your steps afterwards?

    The command should be format fs=ntfs quick label="Windows" that is for a quick format, without the quick it is a full format which takes longer but will still work just fine.
