I guess it is hardware drive compatibility or Windows updates caused problem. Run "perfmon /rel" to see what the reliable monitor can tell you.
Just checked, and two days ago it reported a hard disk failure, but a successful reboot after. But I think that's from me accidentally knocking the cord out while it was booting up.
Otherthan that, I did reset the bios and did check for triangles in the device manager. Still found nothing and still give me a shut off screen before boot after the bios screen
Nope, no errors detected. what are the signs of a failing SSD or is that not the issue?

How long does it actually take to boot into windows?
Have you tried booting into safe mode by pressing F8 at boot time and see how long it takes compared to normal mode?
