Bluetooth - No Services in Services Tab

I have spent the nest part of a day trying to work this out with no luck.

I have a HP Pavilion Elite HPE-475a (win 7 pro 64 bit) which has some sort of bluetooth. I can pair various devices (phone, jambox etc.) but that is where the fun stops. I have installed atleast 10 different drivers and cannot get past the pairing step and I am yet to find someone with my same computer have this problem.

From what I can work out it is a driver issue, and my I can never do anythign more than pair a device as windows does not display any service under the services tab for any devices. (see attached)

Please let me know if you need more info.
