disk 1 is unknown, not initialized, unallocated

I'm about to try to fix my drive, but I'm afraid if something comes up that you did not mention, and you are not online,I don't know where to seek for help, other then wait for reply.Should I just bring it to a store and have them fix it. I'm scare to take the chance, I just wish I could bring it to you ( joking). Here goes nothing!

It is oK. does not matter. Just tell me how your Disk2 looks like.The second one in the map is the external drive. In my case it is good. In your case it may only show the capacity and unallocated. confirm
