    Where did you find that at Steve? I checked Dell and it shows Teac. He should be able to look at that one to verify. And it has a firmware update.

    According to that link I posted to the Dell communities, they used Teac and Samsung readers. I googled the S# he posted (FMD9410NDL1) and it came back as samsung. Actually, I 'binged' it. lol.

    No problem, Dude. If Dell does not provide the software, I doubt if you'll ever find it on Samsung's site. I have trouble finding anything on Samsung's web site.

    I may or may not replace it. I have barely used it, but don't need it causing problems on that PC.
