Pc has random lockups (hotfix is installed, not overheating)

It's been a problem since i've got this computer the pc is built up by professionals, however the components were choosen by me.

The pc randomly locks up (sound freezes, can't move cursor, can't press any keys) doesn't matter if i'm playing, browsing the internet, or even doing nothing. Once i've tried to install that hotfix thingy for these win7 random freezes and it was good for like 2-5 days or so (didn't freeze) now it's starting to do that again. The hotfix is installed windows is up2d8 so are my drivers. I guess that it might be the fault of my MOBO because while i'm playing battlefield 3 it goes bsod and i'm unable to restart the pc, it takes like 5-10 attempts untill i'm able to use my pc.

Things i've tried: Memtest, Disk check, Reinstalling windows, Formatting Hardrive, Scanning for viruses and rootkits, checking if it's overheating, cleaning, re-assembling.

    It's really annoying and i don't think it's natural.

Thank you for your help in advance.

    Code:
    Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00010
Its not possible to have an HP OEM installed and activated to a retail motherboard without a hackers activation exploit.

Purchase and install a genuine Windows 7 product - we do not support counterfeit installations
