    Mouse & Keyboard not working

i updated my mouse & keyboard drivers and then restarted my computer. now none of them works.
They work in BIOS but they don't work in safe mode or windows. so it is impossible for me to roll back my drivers.
I checked and usb ports & mouse and keyboard were enabled in BIOS.
I reset my BIOS by removing the battery & stuff. but it didn't solve my problem.
I unplogged my computer and then plugged it again. didn't solve my problem.
I tried restoring and repairing. (by F8) but it didn't work.
I tried using different keyboard and mouses. but they don't work either.
I tried using PS/2 but it doesn't work either.
PS: when i try to boot, sth comes up as deamon tools update. which is normal & has always been there. but do u think it may be related?!

my keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2013

My mouse: Razer naga Moltencore mouse

    my motherboard: AsRock

Did you try "system restore" from advanced boot options? Or is F8 not working? What happens if you go back in time, so driver is rollbacked. Mouse and keyboard work in recovery environment?

As i said, i tired restoring. & yes f8 works. i mentioned this in my first post.
but restoring didn't help & my mouse and keyboard still don't work in safe mode & windows.

I can't roll back my drivers cause i can't get into safe mode or windows.

So it DOES work, although doesn't fix the problem.

Try to uninstall the driver offline

yes f8 works. but restoring and repairing didn't solve anything. I mean i can use f8 & i can also use my keyboard in bios. it works perfectly fine in bios. but when i enter safe mode or windows, mouse and keyboard stop working.

how can i uninstall drivers when i can't use my mouse & keyboard in windows or safe mode?!

    You can uninstall them offline.

But you tried a total different keyboard and even ps2 stuff. All mouses and keyboards aren't working. And you did rollback driver already by doing a system restore.

Did "startup repair" find an issue? Click "view diagnostic repair results". status 0x0 means no problem.

In safe mode do you see all drivers loading. It ends with classpnp.sys? What happens after that? I think keyboard and mouse are working.... but your screen is not updating. Or not processing the events

    Try this:

    • Boot the computer using your W7 installation DVD or System Repair Disk
    • Enter Language info > Next
    • Select "Repair My Computer"
    • If there is an option to choose the OS, choose W7
    • Select: "Use Recovery Tools..."
    • Then select "System Restore" from the menu
    • Choose a restore point that is before you installed the new drivers.
