Re-do of Partitions on a Hard Drive

I am about to build a new computer that will have Windows 7 Pro 32 bit installed.

The hard drive I want to use is a 1TB drive with three partitions.
    C-drive is 100gb
    D-drive is 450gb
    E-drive is 450gb

There is NO date on any of the partitions of importance so losing any data is NOT an issue.

How do I get back to a single partition so that I can then repartition the drive the way I want it?

I think I remember a free program that would do this. For some reason the name EasyBCD sticks into my mind, but I am not sure that is it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you do the install you simply delete all the partitions, and make new.

    Clean Install Windows 7

But the method I prefer to make partitions with is the Partition Wizard Bootable cd.

EasyBCD is not a partitioning tool.

AddRAM thank you, that refreshed my memory (old and senile).

I have used the bootable Partition Wizard CD before and as I remember it is easy to use. I have never used it for the purpose I intend but see no reason why it should NOT work.

    Thanks again
