    You could with a Retail version; OEM not so much. OEM is a one machine version and changing the MB is a different machine.

    Well, it's all coming together, slowly.
    I've got RAM to borrow from another pc and just need to save for OS.

    ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155 $139 unless I find something cheaper.

    i7 3770K for $229

    Microcenter should have the best price for a OEM windows in my opinion and how about this bundle deal should check out the site this would be total cost my friend http://www.microcenter.com/site/bran...r-bundles.aspx
